2. Rank One Is Not the Master Student Database: Student data is provided and maintained by your school's own student information system.
3. Your Data is Never Sold: We do not sell your Personally Identifiable Information.
4. De-Identified Information: We may use and share De-Identified Information to improve our services and develop new products.
5. Real-Time Information: Our platform provides real-time updates, which means user-generated content is not constantly monitored.
6. Inappropriate Content is Prohibited: Do not post anything inappropriate, offensive, or illegal.
7. Your Account is Your Responsibility: You are responsible for all content posted from your account.
8. You Own What You Post: You retain ownership of the content you provide, but grant us a license to use it on the platform.
9. Disputes are Resolved Through Arbitration: Legal disputes will be resolved through individual, binding arbitration.
10. You Can Export Your Data: A report generator is available for you to export your data before closing your account.

1. Introduction

This is the official Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") for the websites, applications, and interactive services offered by AllPlayers Network, Inc. dba Rank One ("APN", "Rank One", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing and using this Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with this Agreement, please do not use the Site.

2. Authorized Use

The Site is for the use of its members only. Unauthorized or illegal use of the Site is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

3. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for all content you provide, post, publish, or display on the Site. By posting content, you grant APN a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and provide our services.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

THIS SITE AND ALL MATERIALS ON IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless APN, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims resulting from your violation of this Agreement.

11. Termination or Suspension of Access

APN may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site for any reason, including breach of this Agreement, law enforcement requests, fraudulent activity, illegal activity, or non-payment.

12. Data Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your organization owns your Personally Identifiable Information, and Rank One may create and use De-Identified Information consistent with the Privacy Policy.

Rank One is not the master student database. Student data is provided by the school’s student information system, which remains the authoritative source of record.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Unless you opt out, disputes between you and APN will be resolved through individual, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.

14. Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Legal actions not subject to arbitration will be brought in Dallas County, Texas.

15. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and APN regarding the Site.
